How long does shipping take?
The transit time for orders in Bogota is from 3 hours to 1 business day depending on the area. Nationwide shipments to major cities take 2-3 business days and are shipped through recognized carriers with nationwide reach.
Do you ship to all of Colombia?
We ship to most of the departments except Amazonas, Vichada, Gauinia, Vaupes, and Guaviare, this is due to the limitations of the transport companies and the high freight costs. We also do not reach rural areas because the transportation companies do not have such coverage.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we ship directly via DHL Express to the Dominican Republic, USA, and Canada. We do not currently have delivery service to other Latin American countries.

Do you have decaffeinated coffee?
Yes, we do have decaffeinated coffee. You can find the product in our store.
Is the coffee organic?
The coffee is not certified organic, however, it is farmed in an organic manner following the Indigenous traditions of our grandparents. All the coffees are grown under ample shade of shade and fruit trees. This provides our soils with ample organic matter, which protects our soils, nourishes them, and prevents the high requirement of synthetic fertilizers.
Can I pay on delivery?
Cash on delivery service is limited to the city of Bogota in the sectors of Chico, Chapinero, Teusaquillo, Barrios Unidos, and Zona Centro. For all other destinations, the payment of the order is required first in order to generate the order of delivery.
What is the difference between specialty coffee and commercial coffee?
Specialty coffee is distinguished by its high quality, due to factors such as the different botanical varietals, the cultivation process, the selective harvesting, and the artisan roasting. In contrast, commercial coffee is produced in large quantities and tends to be of inferior quality, with less attention to detail in each stage of the process.
What varieties of coffee do you offer?
We offer different varieties of specialty coffee, including red Caturra, red Bourbon, yellow Tabi, Tipica, and San Bernardo. Each variety has its own unique processing and flavor profile as well as distinctive characteristics.
How can I prepare the coffee to obtain the best flavor?
We recommend using freshly ground beans and filtered water. Adjust the grind and the proportion of coffee and water according to your preferred brewing method, whether it is espresso, drip, or French press, among others. It is also important to keep the equipment clean and preheat the utensils before preparing the coffee. In case you do not have a coffee grinder at home be sure to inform us in the purchase process the method or manner in which you are going to prepare the coffee. That way we will be able to send you the correct grind for your favorite preparation method.

Note for beginner-level coffee lovers: if you still do not have all the equipment to make a good coffee you can prepare your favorite beverage following ancestral methods that are very easy to do. Boil water in a pot, once it is at boiling point, turn off the stove, let it rest for 2 minutes, and add coffee to taste directly to the water. Let it rest for 4 minutes, with a spoon separate the floating residues and enjoy a delicious drink (this is how coffees are tasted, more or less).

Note for advanced coffee lovers:
most of our coffees work very well in a 1:16 ratio. Our favorite preparation methods are Origami and French Press.
