FAQs
All our coffees are roasted and delivered within a maximum of one month, although this is generally within two weeks. This time is just enough to allow the beans to degas and stabilize the coffee's flavors. Furthermore, all our coffees are seasonal, meaning the beans are harvested within a period of no more than three months. In comparison, commercial coffees can last up to a year on supermarket shelves and can be stored for more than two years before being roasted. In other words, you are receiving coffees that are as fresh as possible.

The coffee is not certified organic, however, it is grown organically following the indigenous traditions of our ancestors. All coffees are grown under the ample shade of timber and fruit trees. This ensures that our soils contain ample organic raw materials, which protects them, nourishes them, and prevents the high demand for synthetic fertilizers.
Specialty coffee is distinguished by its high quality, due to factors such as the variety of the beans, the cultivation process, selective harvesting, and artisanal roasting. In contrast, commercial coffee is produced in large quantities and tends to be of lower quality, with less attention to detail at every stage of the process.
We offer several varieties of specialty coffees, including Bourbon Aruzi, Yellow Tabi, Gesha, and others. Each variety has its own unique processing method, flavor profile, and distinctive characteristics.
We recommend using freshly ground beans and filtered water. Adjust the grind and coffee-to-water ratio according to your preferred brewing method, whether espresso, drip, French press, or others. It's also important to keep your equipment clean and preheat the utensils before brewing coffee. If you don't have a coffee grinder at home, be sure to let us know your preferred ground size during the purchase process. That way, we can send you the correct grind for your preferred brewing method.
