Yellow tabi, single origin specialty coffee grown at our farm in Cauca, surrounded by fruit trees at an altitude of 1,900 meters above sea level. Each cherry is hand picked mainly by women harvesters, the coffee beans are taken to our wet mill where we wash them with water from the spring that flows from our mountainside. Once cleaned and fermented for three days, the cherries are pulped and processed using the honey method. After a month of drying, this coffee is carefully roasted at a medium-light level to bring out its delicate notes of roasted caramel, chocolate and spices. These coffee beans are the result of hard work and standardized procedures developed over seven years of study and experimentation. Enjoy this delicious exotic coffee crafted from beggining to end with our own hands.
