Free coffee courses
We know how important it is for lovers of Colombian artisanal coffee to thoroughly understand the product they are consuming, as well as the different preparation methods and recipes. All Colombian coffee, and of course, coffee from around the world, has unique characteristics depending on the region where it is produced, the varietal, the wet processing method, the drying process, and, of course, the roasting process. Preparation methods and recipes also play a key role in the final flavor of the beverage. For this reason, we decided to place greater emphasis on disseminating information about coffee and its many ways of preparing it. Below, you will find courses where you can learn about the preparation of premium Colombian coffee and understand its diverse characteristics.
For your reference, please note that our Cauca coffees are single origin, most grown on our own farm and others grown by our neighbors in the Togoima Indigenous Reservation. Our farm, located less than 50 km from the Nevado del Huila volcano, occasionally receives volcanic ash, which nourishes our soils, allowing for a unique terroir and exquisite cup profiles frequently compared to those of Ethiopian coffees, whose main characteristics are their smoothness, sweetness, and bright acidity. Colombia has been making great strides in the production of high-quality organic and conventional coffee. Our organically grown coffee is processed with the utmost care and delivered with much love. For us, it is the best coffee in Colombia.
