Abraham Nez is a second-generation Nasa indigenous coffee farmer from the Togoima Reservation. He has been farming for over 20 years, growing caturra, castillo, and Colombia varietals on his farm. Along with coffee, he grows a lot of shade trees, beans, plantains, bananas, and citrus trees. Abraham is a dedicated farmer. The most important thing for him is that his work is respected by paying him well and giving his coffee the best manufacturing and preparation possible.
Abraham, like most of the farmers who sell us their coffees, is our neighbor. He is currently building a new home, and the earnings from his coffee sales go mainly to this major project.
